Madhavi Bansal - Founder
Madhavi Bansal is a policy analyst as well as a monitoring and evaluation professional. She has experience conducting primary and secondary research in a variety of fields ranging from water and sanitation to financial policies. Madhavi has established a credible track record of managing high-priority projects, analyzing data, and translating findings into actionable insights over the years.
She received her postgraduate degree in Public Policy and Governance from Azim Premji University. Madhavi has prior experience in working with non-governmental organizations, government think tanks, and academic institutions. She has previously worked as a Private Sector Performance Analyst for WaterAid and a researcher for the Centre for Financial Accountability in Delhi.
Dr. Avinash Kumar - Principal Advisor
Dr. Avinash Kumar is a Ph.D. from Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi. He was also a Charles Wallace Postdoctoral Fellow at the School of Oriental and African Studies (SOAS), London University. Among his many roles over twenty years, he has taught at Mahatma Gandhi International Hindi University, was a research editor at the SARAI Programme of Centre for Study of Developing Societies (CSDS). Over the last 16 years, he has worked in various capacities at a range of organizations including Oxfam GB, Oxfam India, WaterAid India, and as the Executive Director at Amnesty International India.
He has been part of various national and international coalitions and networks. He was a founder member of key civil society networks like Wada Na Todo Abhiyan and the Right to Education Forum in India. His main areas of interest are themes of governance accountability, access to basic rights like water, health, and education from a rights-based perspective. He has written extensively on these issues and many others in various mainstream and research publications.
Deepak Bharti - Marketing and Design Head
Deepak Bharti is a design and marketing expert with over 8 years of experience in graphic design, user experience, and interaction design. He has built a credible track record of crafting unique experiences with high design sensibilities. He previously worked for Dealsandyou, Single Interface, Picomol, Hogarth, and Apple Inc.
He has prior experience in product portfolio development, including idealization, conceptualization, and application development oversight. He is an expert in report design, infographics, conceptualization, and implementation of ideas to the final design.
